Here's a shot of the major equipment.  Our newest piece of gear is that tank that I'm filling right now - that is a 10-gallon stainless steel fermenting tank - fully insulated with regulated power coolers - keeps the mixture at the perfect temperature throughout the fermenting process.

Here's a better shot of that fermenter - you can see the cooling fans on the back side.  This unit is an absolute lifesaver - no more transferring liquids between glass carboys and worrying about temperature and light.
