Here we are in the brewery (that's John - I'm behind the
camera). We use a three kettle brewing system and brew with the all-grain
method. John is rinsing the grains after having transferred the wort to the brew
kettle. (Note the stylish yellow AHA-approved gloves we use). The aroma of the
malt and the hops was just beginning to waft through the brewery when . . .
|
. . . our first visitors arrived (they claim to
have caught a scent of our brew while driving by). John proudly explained the
brewer's art to Mark and Sarah who were obviously totally engrossed in the process.
(Either that or they can't figure out what's floating in our batch).

"Hey, I get it! You're making beer!"
In honor of our first visitors, who witnessed the first batch in our new equipment in
our new brewery, we have decided to call this batch . . .
Slick Ice Virgin Ale
We promise to be gentle.
